How do I get to my download?
There are two places you can download your digital file.
1. you should have received an email from Etsy with a link to your download. Be sure you are signed into Etsy before you click the link.
2. Click on your profile at the top of Etsy and in the drop down menu click "purchases and reviews". You can find all your previous purchases there and all digital downloads will have a download button next to them.
(Please note: you cannot download from the Etsy mobile app, you must use a web browser).
The file is not opening when I click on it?
You must first unzip the file before opening it in your program. And be sure you open the file within your program.
Can I get this file in a different file format?
Sure, just message me and I will be happy to email you the requested file format after you purchase. If you are looking for another file type message me with the file type and I will be happy to look into it for you.
When are you available to help?
Message me anytime if you need assistance. I will get back to you as soon as possible. I usually get back to you within an hour. But since I am a mom and have a family to care for I can't always respond immediately. But I promise to always message you back within 24 hours.
Can I sell things I make with these designs?
Yes, you can use the image on physical products up to 100 times for a small business.
This means you can make and sell physical products (made by you) with my designs. I do offer Unlimited Commercial use license which means you can make and sell physical products (made by you).
You cannot sell, give them away or use my designs as part of another digital product for sale. If you would like to use them to make screen print or iron-on transfers you will need a Transfer License. And if you would like to use them on any print on demand or production partner websites (such as Zazzle, Printify, Printful, Amazon Merch, and others like it) you will need to purchase the POD License. Licenses can be found in the license section of my shop.
Copyright / Trademark Information
New trademarks are granted every day. Nerdy Mom’s SVG Shop cannot be held liable for your decision to purchase and/or resell items that contain words or phrases that are trademarked.
If you are the owner of a trademark of a word or phrase displayed in my shop, please contact me at the soonest so that the listing(s) may be removed. I won't know of new rights granted by USPTO after checking.
SVG Licensing
All SVG file sets sold in my shop include personal and small business use when the design is applied to a physical item for sale up to 100 items. You may not resell the digital files in any way or in any other format.
